  • Initial half day audit & report with recommendations

  • Competent Person Certificate - gold framed certificate to display

  • Telephone and email support from our H&S team

  • Driver handbook

  • On-line platform for documents, risk assessment, get advice from the team, training records etc – unlimited storage & access, multiple projects & we can add Managers/Teams too

Plan commitment: £199 per month + VAT

Safe Manage

Proactive. Structured. Assured.

Everything in the Safe Start plan, plus:​​

  • One toolbox talk per month (up to five employees)

  • Initial half day audit and report followed by an annual review & update

  • Quarterly Teams call with Management/site health and safety representative – discuss & document any accidents or near misses, support with any issues etc

  • Review your risk assessments (up to 2 per month) & make recommendations

  • Staff Wellbeing Policy & template risk assessment

  • Core health and safety policies and documents – full access to all resources

Plan commitment: £399 per month + VAT

Safe Partner

Your Outsourced Health and Safety Department

Everything in the Safe Manage plan, plus:​​

  • Bespoke health and safety induction package for new starters and to refresh your current team - tailored to your Company and sector

  • Annual Full day audit and report with recommendations and a health and safety plan with named responsible staff, dates due, importance etc.

  • Plan & recommendations allocated on our on-line platform to staff responsible, diarised and followed up.

  • Quarterly: onsite visit with meetings with senior management/health and safety representative – meeting to include sector specific updates, Consultant to circulate minutes & action points

  • Hands on approach – reactive monitoring, e.g. trend analysis of any accident/incident investigations or near misses

  • Unlimited access to toolbox talks​

  • Full-Service Safety Partnership

For any of the support or projects above we have an hourly and daily rate £95/hour+VAT or £695/day+VAT
